Our founding home and primary hub for strategy, research, and leadership. The Glastonbury office hosts weekly all-hands and in-person simulation design sprints.
Remote
Global
SkillSimm is built remote-first. Half our team works fully distributed across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. All roles are open to remote candidates.
How we work remotely
Async by default
Every decision is documented. Meetings are recorded. No one is disadvantaged by timezone.
Two in-person gatherings per year
The whole team meets twice a year for strategy, simulation design sprints, and team bonding.
Client-proximity hiring
We hire where our clients are. Enterprise sales and simulation roles are often co-located with clients.
Home office stipend
Every remote team member gets a one-time $2,000 home office setup allowance and $100/month for coworking.
